One of the better Lion Brand products...For an acrylic, it’s a very nice yarn to work with. Knits up nicely and the finished product (a hat) looks great.

Yarn is easy to work withThis brand is my go to brand in this price range. The yarn is so easy to work with, it is soft and it holds its shape. I am using it in a pattern for a shawl currently and the tweed design makes the shawl pop.

Yarn dye lotsIt was impossible to get all the skeins for my project in the same dye lot either in the store or online. I think Jo-Ann should stop selling yarn.

Love, Love, Love this yarnI found Heartlan yarn a couple years ago. It became my favorite within one skein. It's my favorite go to on scarves and hats.
It's very easy to work with. Lays nicely. I haven't found a pattern that I don't just love in when completely.
The colors give you a depth is the look without any effort on my part. Doesn't matter what stitches I am doing with it.
When on sale I stock up on several skeins of each color.

Love from the Heartland!I love the feel of Heartland and it works up beautifully!
The colors are richly soothing!
And you can't beat the HEARTLAND name - I'm a Midwestern girl at heart even though I'm now living on the east coast. Feels like a hug from home.

Tangled Mess!I purchased two skeins of this Heartland Tweed to make mittens and a hat. The first skein was a tangled, snarled mess. I had to throw about a fourth of it because I wasn't able to remove the snarls.
The yarn doesn't hold its shape very well for mittens. Am debating if I purchase any more to make the hat.

Soft hand and easy to useLove this yarn. I crocheted my first scarf in Black Canyon, and love the soft hand and the way details show in this yarn. I bought enough yarn to make a matching hat, and I'm glad I did. The yarn is very easy to work with and the finished product looks gorgeous. Nice midweight for Florida's mild winter days.

Using this for gloves, very soft and very warm! The colored flecks in the yarn are more brightly colored than shown in the photos here. Sometimes they fall out, but the majority of them stay in.
