Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Yarn/Bad Yarn... This yarn is beautiful and I've purchased it in every color. However, it runs from very thin to very thick in SEVERAL places throughout the entire project. If you pick the right project - my pic shows a crocheted blanket - the inconsistencies in the yarn is not noticeable. I'm an experienced knitter and crocheter and know how to work with these types of yarn. If you are new to either of these crafts this may be a very frustrating yarn to work with. Because of the various colors this yarn comes in I will continue to make projects and would only recommend to an experienced crafter. Just beware! BTW - I purchased this yarn while on sale - it was worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful blankets I have made a few baby blankets with this yarn and I just love it. They look gorgeous when finished, and they are so soft. I love the roving, as it adds a little texture to them. Works up fast and is easy to crochet with. I used a J hook, but trying a K with my next one. Love the colors. Mainly, I have used Cotton Candy. Making blankets with all color choices now. Really love this yarn!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Consistency in Yarn This has to be the worst yarn I've ever used. There is no consistency in the thickness of the yarn. It goes from barely a single thread thickness all the way up to a pulled apart cotton ball thickness.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awefull stuff This yarn comes out with wads cotton ball type sections that pull apart, ruining a project. A waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this yarn. I think some unknowlagable people don’t understand what the word “roving” yarn means. Roving means that the thread will vary from thick to thin throughout the skein. That’s the way it supposed to be it’s not a mistake or an accident. It’s how it’s spun to give it that soft, halo-kind of feeling and look. If you don’t really like that, then this yarn is probably not for you. It’s soft, it’s squishy…all the feels! It’s just nice yarn and easy to work with. If you don’t wanna be pleasantly surprised by how your stitches will vary, this is definitely not gonna be for you. Depending on your pattern, this works well for some patterns; doesn’t work well for other. For example, I wouldn’t use it for granny squares things like that but it’s nice for a baby blankets or a nice throw or shawl. Give it a chance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Yarn Ever! Yarn goes thin then thick but worst of all, several knots in each skein. Felt like I got the remnants! One skein had 4 knots in it! Every skein I bought had at least two. Worst yarn I’ve ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft beautiful colors Soft beautiful yarn but it is a roving yarn so it does vary in thickness so you need to consider this in your projects and patterns. I am knitting a variety of scarves and baby blankets with cables and combination of stitches so the variation in the yarn provides an extra dimension . If you’re looking for exact uniform stitches or you are a beginner this is not for you. This yarn splits easily too and as another reviewer said it is difficult to “frog”. So far I’ve been lucky with only 1 or 2 knots in the skein but I’m finding this in many brands nowadays. The colors are gorgeous; blankets and scarves are so soft and cuddly. Got yarn on sale with multiple coupons. Good luck ya’ll

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality but very soft I bought this yarn for a baby blanket because it was so soft and the color was cute, but the quality seems lacking. The yarn varies from super thick to almost thread-thin in spots. Most color transitions are gradual, but the picture shows one I found in my skein that was thick white yarn knotted to super thin blue yarn. The variation in size has made it difficult to work with and keep even rows. I wouldn't recommend and won't buy again in the future.
