Intermediate but amazing yarn!
I haven't been crocheting long but this yarn jumped to the top of my list as one of my favorites.
Some other reviews state that it splits, but I have found it doesn't split more than Caron Simply soft or Red heart. Because of it's natural halo it gives any project a well worn look which I love.
I've made cardigans and shrugs with it and intend to also make a granny square cardigan with it.
My least favorite part of the yarn is frogging it. I've never made a project I haven't had to frog at some point and it will tangle itself very easily. The halo especially will make tons of little knots in itself.
That being said, just keep a seam ripper nearby and it's no issue.
Over all good yarn but it has a bit of a specific look and learning curve to keep in mind.

Yarn was pilled as soon as my project was finished
I was super excited to use this yarn, the colors are great and it’s super soft. However when I finished my sweater, the yarn made it look like it’s already been worn literally hundreds of times lol. I can only imagine how bad the pilling will get over time. I saw a couple reviews about splitting, this yarn reminds me of a wool/mohair blend and doesn’t split more than those yarns would naturally. Maybe a yarn for more intermediate/advanced knitters as it splits and can have low stitch visibility because of the fluffiness.

Difficult to work with
I am currently making a throw blanket with this yarn. I feel like it has more of a frayed texture than a brushed texture. My biggest gripe about this yarn is how much it sticks to itself and tangles. I am constantly having to stop and undo tangles. I ended up pulling out the middle of the skein to make detangling it easier.

the amount of knots in this yarn could send anybody into a psychotic breakdown. way too fuzzy, i was sneezing nonstop from the flyers. just not great

I’ll never buy it again
This yarn was knotted and hard to work with. It also didn’t have a uniform thickness — it was so thin in some places that it just snapped. It also shed a lot, which I didn’t even realize this type of yarn could do. And, if you’re looking for a thicker yarn, know that this was a very thin weight 5 at its thickest.
It’s a shame because the color is pretty in person.

Best yarn ever!
I am so glad they brought this yarn back and am hoping they will continue making it. This yarn is great for so many projects! I made a baby afghan with Jiffy yarn 20 years ago for my granddaughter and am now making the same afghan pattern for her baby to be and was so pleased to be able to make it with Jiffy yarn. I've never had a problem with it causing lint on my clothes as one viewer stated and it washes well.
Please, Lion Brand keep producing this yarn.

Horrible!
Although this yarn was really soft, when I was crocheting, my black pants got all full of the yarn! If you wear black, do not buy this yarn!

I NEED THIS YARN FOR XMAS PRESENTS AND I ORDERED IT ON THE 24th AND IT STILL!!! HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SENT OFF!!! I GIVE UP ON JOANN AS THEIR SHIPPING IS ABONIMABLE!
