Good enough for what it's for

I love everything about this yarn
I've purchased this yarn several times in several different colors. It's definitely one of my all-time favorite yarns. It is so easy to work with. The hook just glides smoothly through it without splitting or snagging and it is so soft to the touch. Not too thick and not too thin, just perfect for garments. Even though it's called scarfie I have made all kinds of different things, not just scarves. I'll be using this yarn as long as they continue to make it. The colors offered make this a year-round good choice. There are colors for spring, colors for winter and everything in between. Definitely a good quality product reasonably priced.

Very Pretty but a bit difficult to work with
I purchased the red/black ombre to make a scarf with and while the color is absolutely gorgeous so many parts of the yarn wer tuffted and/or really thin. The yarn really likes to stick to itself so trying to pull stitches apart to correct a mis-count or mistake was almost impossible. After I adjusted to the way the yarn worked up my scar turned out beautiful though.

Great yarn. Pattern off
I love using this yarn. It is soft and easy to use.. i have attached a blanket i just recently made and you can see where the pattern changed up as i switched between skeins but all in all i love it. I make scarves with it as well. Definitely worth it if your willing to take the extra time to keep the pattern going.

I bought 2 skeins of the same color yarn to make 2 scarfs of the same colorway. First, I was shocked to see that this yarn is classified as a 5 weight yarn. At the most, it is a 4 weight and maybe even 3 weight in many areas! The first skein I used had a knot after about a third of the way through. I had to cut out a lot of yarn in order to reach the correct color combination and tie my own knot. By this time, I knew that the one skein wasn't going to make a whole scarf. Had to use the second skein just to finish the scarf and make it long enough to my liking. Good thing I had a second skein of the same lot! The second skein also had a knot, but I didn't have to cut away as much as the first skein. I loved the way the colors mixed together, but the project was somewhat frustrating and I was only able to make one scarf from two skeins..

Excellent Value for Roving Type Yarn
Stitch definition is good, and beautiful results. Probably not a good yarn for beginners or those who do not like roving yarns with varying thickness. I had better results with knitting than crocheting with the yarn. A pleasure to work with.
