Fine yarn but....
The yarn is fine and came well packed and in a timely manner.
However, when I bought it I was told that Joann's was part of Rakuten and I expected to get a credit for my purchase. After the purchase had been received and I didn't get my credit, I was informed that you're not participating anymore. That's bait and switch and I don't like it.

One of the two skiens was knotted about a 1/3 of the way through with the ends all frayed... Wasn't expecting that. The other skien was glued to the paper about a foot in, so there was a foot wasted... also, it's not as soft as their "sharpie" brand.

I love this yarn. It is 80% wool and 20% acrylic. The store did a good job of finding the yarn, ringing it up for me, and having it ready for me in pick-up. It only took about 2 hours for them to get me an email that said the order is ready. Thank you JoAnn!

Random different colors
I bought a few skeins of natural heather. Partway through my project a piece of what appears to be fisherman was tied in. I specifically rejected one ball in the store because it looked weird. I thought mine was ok but it’s not. I will have to frog and make sure I knit in better light.

Lion Brand Wool-Ease Yarn
I have been knitting with Wool-Ease yarn for many years. The colors are true and never fade. It is soft and wears well with no pilling. It is wonderful for afghans and anything that touches your skin. I can say this with certainty as I am 76 years old and still using it. You can machine wash and dry. Currently I am making the Traveling Afghan with Wool-Ease yarn in Aran color!
