Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fabric I bought this material to make a gathered high waist maxi & it turned out great. The material is not stretchy on the grain but has some (but not much) give on the bias. Like another reviewer, I went back to buy several more yards for future projects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just stunning! This fabric constantly calls me back and I finally had to get some. The colors are vibrant, but so well balanced as to not look clownish. There *is* a slight stretch crosswise (selvedge to selvedge), but don't expect it to be like a jersey stretch. It's enough to help it flow and drape well without being binding. If you need it to not stretch, then you will want to line the parts you want rigid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome colors so bright and vibrant picture doesn't show the variation in color check out the review with picture....some say it runs top yellow bottom blue and visa versa personally I see it as dark top to lighter bottom bought this with a different print was just going to make a scarf but when I say it laid out I am going to make a lot of scarfs from the other material and buy more of this for a long shrug/duster. it is not a stretch material.

This fabric is so flowy, it is just wonderful. Not stretchy at all but still wonderful and so full of color. The thumbnail does not do it justice.

It is rather spectacular...looks a bit like a butterfly wing coloration.Silky soft and easy drape. I believe I'll order a larger piece now that I've seen the other reviews and the fabric in hand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incorrect Description Buyer beware! I ordered this fabric because I needed a stretch knit. The description states that it is stretch charmeuse, and that it has spandex content. Imagine my surprise when I received a woven charmeuse. This is the second time this month that Joann's description has been wrong on a fabric that I ordered. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This fabric is beautiful, however I am not a yellow fan. the blue starts at the bottom and changes into green/red...and then alot of yellow and pink. as much yellow as blue. I wish it was more dark colors and no yellow. But it lays beautiful, very flowy.

Im sewing a dress that goes from light on top to dark on bottom' which runs perpendicular to the selvage, which is why I found a simplicity pattern for a border print dress. basically using the crossgrain for my dress

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Doesn't Do it Justice! I bought this fabric to make a gathered maxi skirt for my sis-in-law to wear to a wedding. It actually looks like a peacock to me. She received soooo many compliments and I received so many orders!
