Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Christmas Presents Ever! I made my first "tie" blanket for my granddaughter's wedding gift. Found it so fun and affordable, that I have made over 95 of these blankets, 45 of them the 8 weeks before Christmas, 2015. Perfect for my kids, grandkids, friends and co-workers. Kids have special sports teams, grandkids have their kiddie themes, brother lives in the forest-theme, I have even sold several to "new baby" families. The leftovers (corners) are donated to quilt-makers for charities. Larger leftovers were made into pet blankets and donated to the local animal shelters for rescued and abandoned dogs. Have even done a cat and dog print for my son's animals. Love them. Fun to make and love the challenge of matching the personality of the gift receiver to the fabric. Makes it a very personal gift.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tied fleece blankets. I started tying the single thickness blankets following directions I found on Pinterest for my great grandkids. I did a simple tie for the boys and a cute tie for the girls, actually cutting the strips and crocheting the fleece around the edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy I bought one of these right after Christmas and wanted to make it for my grandson. Got it made in about two days, not because of the set but me. My grandson loves it, he's 2 and sleeps with it every night. I'm 62 but found these very easy to do. All I had to do was cut and tie knots. The cuts were marked for me, which saved time and helped me to keep the cuts straight. Would definitely buy more
