Sewing cutting table
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have moved my sewing back into the tv room because of this small cutting board, it has all the angles marked I use to guess at. It’s easy to press the material on this board with getting out the big ironing board. When not in use I can use it as a lap board, it’s so easy not to sit in my chair and watch tv and do what I like best , to sew.

Convenient and Versatile for Sewing/Quilting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual cutting and pressing station is perfect for travel and for those that just want something that does not take up a lot of space for storage. I love the fact that I will no longer need to run up and downstairs to quickly press something while I am sewing or have a separate small ironing board on hand for projects. The cutting mat area is not as large as my current one; however, I believe that for small projects, especially quilting, it will not be an issue. I really like how this folds up so that it is half the size and will be easy to store and take away for travel if necessary.

Love it,so compact
Got this last year in store with a 50% off coupon and with constant use the pressing side is starting to curve up a little bit I do use the steam setting on it too,it there’s that. Love the 2in 1 combo.

Omnigrid cutting and iron station
The Omnigrid cutting station is an excellent tool to have for crafts. I made a beautiful window valance for the bathroom! Is a great feature to have the cutting and iron boards as one unit. Is a craft station that hopefully will last for many years to come. I would recommend it!

Just love this fold away cutting station. It makes sewing, ironing and cutting go so much faster. The best part is that you can do all by not leaving the sewing machine. Half of the station is for cutting and the other half if for ironing. You can take your station with you anywhere as it is portable and light weight.

Warped over time
Worked great for a few months, but the ironing side began to warp once it cooled after using it, and it evens up being unusable. Great for getting started with quilting before investing in a large cutting mat and ironing table!

Functional and Portable
This is my first time using a self healing cutting mat. I am impressed with that part of this item. I thought I'd use the ironing board part, but so far I haven't. It's been more convenient to press elsewhere. Still, am glad to have the availability of that feature. I can see where it would be convenient to take this to a class setting, or other uses where portability is useful. The price was high, so I waited for a sale.

Versatile and easy to carry
When I take quilt classes, carrying around my sewing machine, sewing basket and rulers are very unwelding. This folding station is perfect for not just cutting, but pressing quickly and keeping up the momentum. It is large enough for a full block and makes it easy to lay out the pieces as I sew. It's easy to carry and not too large to be unwelding. Love it!

Very handy for quilting classes
I took advantage of a 50% off sale for sewing products to purchase this Omnigrid Fold-Away Cutting Station for an all-day class that I had last week. It takes up very little room, yet has plenty of space for cutting up and pressing my project's half-square triangles. I have only used it once, but one time was enough to prove its worth. It folds up very easy and transports without fuss. I just may use this at home to save steps, for when I need to press my pieced blocks while at my sewing machine. It's a great product and very handy to have. <3

Perfect for Quilting Retreats!
I just started quilting about a month ago when I went to my first quilt retreat. I bought this foldaway cutting station to take along. I used it on a small TV-style table right next to me which was very convenient. There's a rotary cutting mat with a grid on one side when you open it up and an ironing mat next to it. This worked great for trimming and pressing fabric for my quilt blocks. So much handier than having to get up each time I needed to trim with my rotary cutter or press my seams. I also used the mini-iron along with it. It's compact and very portable. It folds together and has a handy carry handle. I just love this and highly recommend it!

Quilting made easier
I started quilting recently and the fold-away station I purchased serves as both a cutting board and ironing board with a simple flip of the board. The only negative I have is that when using the Rotary Cutter it cuts into the cutting board and I fear that eventual its going to start showing signs of damage.

Perfect for Small Spaces
I have only had this station a few weeks, but it has unburdened my sewing area which used to be overwhelmed with a large, heavy, ironing board. This station currently sits atop the bureau containing my fabric and works beautifully for my tiny room with plenty of space to iron or rotary cut most quilt blocks. But I can see that it will be wonderful for travel or classes.

Perfect addition to my quilting tools
I have all three sizes and absolutely love them. The smallest one I use for paper piecing. It's so nice to have a cutting board and pressing board in the same area. For those who have experienced the cutting board to warp, make sure the pressing board is COMPLETELY cool before closing up. The heat is what makes them warp. I had these for close to 5 years and have had no problem with warping.
