Convenient and Versatile for Sewing/Quilting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual cutting and pressing station is perfect for travel and for those that just want something that does not take up a lot of space for storage. I love the fact that I will no longer need to run up and downstairs to quickly press something while I am sewing or have a separate small ironing board on hand for projects. The cutting mat area is not as large as my current one; however, I believe that for small projects, especially quilting, it will not be an issue. I really like how this folds up so that it is half the size and will be easy to store and take away for travel if necessary.

Good, but be careful of handles
A pretty good product, and overall I’m pleased. My one complaint is that the handles are polyester, and when I have the iron set for cotton, if the iron runs over the handle, it mars my fabric with nasty black marks. I couldn’t figure out why that was happening until I went to grab the handle and it was partially melted.
I get that polyester/woven plastic is strong for this use, but it’s a shame that it will mark your fabric of you don’t tuck the handle under.. and then the surface won’t lay flat; it wobbles.
In conclusion, I’d say it’s a great little fix for travel or classes, but definitely would not recommend for regular use unless you cut the handle off — too risky for your pretty fabrics!

Portable & handy
Got this as a gift and am so glad, I hate having to get out my large mat when I need to make a few small cuts. I have been using fat quarters for some projects lately and don't need my big mat & ironing board so this is very handy.
