Great Products; Shipping Could Improve.
I’m very happy with all my products from Joann’s! I recently placed an order for several items to get started on a new hobby. Everything arrived in a reasonable time frame and all items are exactly as described. My only criticism would be the packaging my grid ruler was shipped in. It was significantly bent to fit into a box that was several inches shorter than the ruler was. Fortunately the ruler is designed to be flexible and I was able to flatten it back out by weighting it with books for a few days, but it did seem like taking a risk with my items. Overall, though, I’m satisfied with my purchased and the service received.
