SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Unfinished wood sign
- Felt: Deep Berry & Charcoal Grey
- Paint: Black, Dark Grey, Silver, Maroon
- Medium flat paintbrush & detail brush
- Water and paper towels for cleanup
- Hot Glue Gun / Glue
DIRECTIONS:
- Paint the wood sign. Use black for the couple, silver for the frame transition, and the scrollwork transitions from black to maroon. Apply more paint as needed to adjust the transitions. Paint the hanging banner black in the center with maroon on the edges.
- Allow the paint to dry and paint “forever" across the banner with a small detail brush.
- Cut out embellishments in coordinating felt for the hate and flowers for along the headpiece. Attach with hot glue.
Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:
- When painting make sure to clean your brush between each color. While the paint is still wet, work the colors together where they meet to create a blended transition.
