Love the softness.... But
I had some of this yarn in my stash from a baby blanket I didn't complete. Fast forward a few years and I just completed a baby blanket using this for the edging. I love it for the softness, color and drape. But I hated how it knots up on itself. I pulled from the center so I expected to untangle a little but, it continued to happen as I worked through 2+ skeins! I had to either meticulously work out knots or
just settle on hiding knots in my work. I must say this brand will not be my go to for baby blankets ever again.

Great service
My local store was out of the yarn I was using. The girl at the store went online and saw that it was in stock. I went home and ordered a bunch in different colors. The order arrived quickly I even used a coupon for reduced shipping, which the associate suggested beautiful soft yarn on lovely colors

Great to work with.
I love this yarn. I have used it before and it is beautiful and fun to knit with. I wish it were a little less expensive and had more colors though.

Very fine stranded yarn
This yarn is extremely thin & by itself needs a small hook to crochet with. It was like crocheting with a spider web. I tried over & over and finally decided to use two balls of
yarn together. It is now the right thickness
that I can crochet with. The color is beautiful and it's very baby soft. My great granddaughter will be warm & pretty in her new blanket

Softest ever!
Keeps its soft texture even after knitted up. Easy to work with, I only wish it didn't split as much and that more colors were available!!

Awesome for newborn
Was looking for a delicate soft yarn for a newborn afghan to bring baby home from hospital. I must say I was pleased. It is exactly what I wanted. Very sift and delicate, not too heavy, light for that newborn skin. Love love

Love this yarn
This is my favorite baby yarn for making baby blankets. It is the softest of any yarns that I use and the sweetest baby colors too.

Very Soft
I bought this yarn because it was the only sport weight that had all the colors I wanted for a blue, grey, white and lavender baby blanket I planned to crochet. Unfortunately, I'm finding it difficult to work with. It's extra soft, what I might call flimsy. Even worse, the twist is very loose and open, so it's quite prone to splitting. I probably won't use it for any future crocheted projects.

Love the colors!
I bought the Beehive Paton Baby Sport Weight because the gray color is more true and darker than most baby yarns. I gave it 3 stars because of the higher price and it splits easily. Otherwise it works up nicely!

Light Pink Color
This was the lightest pink in the store. I had never used this brand but bought it due to the color even though it was the most expensive. However it does split very easily making it very hard if you drop a stitch.

Soft and Easy to Use
I bought this two months ago to knit a blanket for a baby expected soon. It was a lovely color and produced a soft blanket -- just what I wanted. I had no problems working with this yarn on this, my ninth blanket.

Soft and scrumptious!
When I see the words "soft and scrumptious" associated with yarn, I'm invariably disappointed. One day I was at Joanns and picked up 1 skein of several different yarns just to try them out. Working with this yarn took me by surprise, maybe a little splitty but very soft to work with ... but the ultimate test: The washing machine. I washed on delicate, dried on delicate, and this yarn OMG. This IS the yarn. It is soft, scrumptious, light, it is the PERFECT yarn for a baby blanket/clothing as well. It shows the design excellently well, and washing/drying did not make it fuzz, pill, or halo up like all other baby yarns I've used have done. My only disappointment: Lack of color range availability. Doesn't matter, I will definitely be using this a lot for solid-colored baby blankets to sell and as gifts. (thankful joann.com runs sales on yarns and postage, because nearest store is 1-1/2 hour away).

Poor quality
I bought this yarn because it felt so soft and the vintage lace color was exactly what I wanted. I definitely regret my choice. The yarn splits so much it is hard to get any momentum, and I found I was having to rip out quite a lot. Mostly, however, the yarn thickness is SOOOOO inconsistent. It is a sport yarn (3), but in one skein it can go from a 3 to probably a 5 (bulky) or 6 (super bulky). This makes keeping your sides straight almost impossible. I was two-thirds finished with my baby afghan when I saw the widening of my piece. I had to repurchase yarn and start over, now under an extreme deadline. Will NOT buy again.

Yarn Splitting - poor
I should have listened to the other reviews. I purchased precious pink and vintage lace for a crochet baby blanket and am struggling with this yarn. It splits so bad that I'm getting ready to just throw the whole thing away. I had decided to continue the blanket because I didn't want the hassle of returning the yarn and starting over but am regretting it. Will not purchase again.

"Baby Grey" is actually periwinkle blue :(
don't rely on the online colour swatches. i ordered enough of the "Baby Grey" to complete a project... but the colour i got looks nothing like the online sample... it's nowhere near grey! it's blue-purple. and will not work for what i needed it for.

Nice Soft yarn
I used this yarn for 2 baby blankets and I like the finished result of both. The yarn does split a little while knitting, but it did not present a problem. I used it while knitting on a shawl from Debbie Bliss and a cable and lace pattern. My daughter in law has had no problem with laundering the blanket. I will use this yarn again for knit baby blankets

Poor Quality
Unfortunately I have used this yarn for two different Baby Blankets and found it splits easily - especially the Pink, Angel White, Pastel Blue and Pastel Green. The only color that held up was the lavender color. The one pattern I used that at least did not show the yarn splitting as bad was a very tight pattern of Catherine's wheel. The Granny Squares of the other blanket however seemed to show the thread splitting more. Also it tends to "ball up" when launderede unless I used a delicates laundry bag and a very gentle delicates cycle for washing and drying!
