I ordered this product on April 15th, 2020 to start making masks for myself and my boyfriend due to the sudden shortages of thinner elastic bands online and I wanted to make sure I had enough elastic in case I messed up. I waited well past the 10 days delay until I finally contacted joanns costumer service. A few days later I got a reply that the item will be shipped out. It took a little over a month but I finally got my item made a few masks with it. It's good quality and I have far more than enough elastic to make other things as well. I just wished joanns would give updates on their costumer's orders.
