Pellon Flex Foam is a must for making bags
Pellon Flex Foam is my 'go to' fusible interfacing when I make my carryall bags. I can fuse the exterior to the lining and include a nice amount of foam facing to give the bags a bit of structure.

Pellon Two-sided Fusible Foam
I love this product! I used it make padded pouches. I fused two different fabrics to each side of the foam and then sewed it into a pouch. I used a zipper and the foam sews up like a dream. The fusible stuck to the fabric quickly and consistently.

I’ve bought a ton of this and haven’t found anything better!
This works perfectly for lining sleeves for tech products, very protective and easy to work with. I can sew through it easily and it provides great support. I love the lining on each side, it helps so much with structure and I can use it for tying off when I sew on snaps and stuff.
