Definitely not heavy-duty
Because this elastic was highly discounted, I purchased 30 yards to create some fitted tablecloths. Now I wish I had bought a different product. I was able to pull the elastic only about four feet through the casing of the first tablecloth before the elastic began to disintegrate. At first, I thought the safety pin I was using to pull the elastic strip had torn through it, but when I snipped the casing's stitching to reattach it, I found that the pin was still attached, but now pulling a messy mass of fluffy fibers instead of an intact elastic strip. (See the photo.) This product would probably be fine for light-duty applications, but obviously it can't handle any abrasion.

Looks good.
I got this for a good price. It seems to be fairly decent knit elastic (though I haven’t had the chance to use it for any of my projects yet lol). All in all, I would probably get some again if I need it or when it’s on sale.

Ad stated it was 5/8inch, which should be 1/8 inch above a half, which is perfect. I ordered 30 yards as I sew for Samaritan's Purse Christmas shoeboxes. I received 30 yards of barely 1/4 inch elastic, which will not work at all for boys shorts.
But, this is the only time something like this has happened. I have always been very pleased with my orders.
