This blend of 80% natural cotton and 20% polyester is an ideal choice for light and warm quilts. You can use this natural blend batting for all kinds of machine quilting. With a scrim binder woven into the batting, your quilts will be stronger and lofty. Stitching areas can be positioned 4 inches apart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much to do I bought this because it is a polyester and cotton blend. I didn’t read the shrinkage of 3-5% of this product it wasn’t soaked for 20 minutes in hot water. Then it had to be wrung out by hand and lay flat on the floor to dry. What a difficult and time consuming job before the work to make the quilt. I won’t buy it again.

You all are probably not even open. I did open the package. The batting is soft and will be very warm. I don’t usually buy this heavier batting but I think I will really like it.
