Poor customer online experience
i was so happy when I found this in your online sale and purchased 5 yards immediately. I was not so happy the next day when you canceled my purchase because none was available. I understand things sell out but how about a rain check or something to let us know when it’s available

Online Ordering a Complete Failure
Your anticipated time frame for getting my order to me was longer than I liked but I accepted it as part and parcel of the current high demand for home mask-making supplies. To my dismay, you canceled all items in my order (in two separate emails some days apart) with no explanation, leaving me three weeks behind in acquiring supplies with nothing to show for my wait. Therefore, my rating of your service is as low as it can be.

Poor online ordering
I ordered it. Got confirmation. Then two minutes later you cancelled the order. Now you send me an email to review. I will never order from Joann’s online again

Great for Masks
This is the best when making masks, two layers plus the cotton layers. RN’s/quilters approve this as a better added protection for people to make.

My ultimate favorite
I've now tried 6 different interfacing from white to black. From light weight to heavy duty but i love this one. Its so versatile. Use it from clothes to quilts all the way to masks. Love it.

Lining for Covid masks
Iron on works wonderful as a barrier to Covid virus for homemade masks. While cotton is woven, this is non-woven lightweight easy to Breathe through. It also supports the mask

Excellent product
I made COVID 19 fitted masks with this interfacing layered inside the cotton fabric. It worked so perfectly! Not too thick and adhered to the cotton fabric well. Final product washes up fine so I would use it for any of my projects requiring a non-woven interfacing.

Great Weight for Face Masks
I have been using this for face masks. It is a nice weight, giving the masks an extra layer of protection, yet making the mask flexible to make the pleats and wear.

Used as interfacing in Masks 2020
No need to show a picture. The shirta taylor was used as the nonwoven in some of the 1300+ cloth surgical masks donated within Benson AZ due to the Coronavirus pandemic 2020.

This stuff works perfect for bow ties!! Stiff enough to make sure it holds it shape but soft enough that it’s comfortable to wear. Love working with it

Gets the job done
I use this interface for the waistbands of skirts that I make. It has the right amount of firmness, but can be a little finicky when applying to fabric. Sometimes it doesn't stick very well.
