2nd box ordered
This is my second time grabbing a 20lb box of stuffing, and the first box quality was fantastic. The stuffing is soft and slightly silky. That box was purchased in March of 2023.
This second box was purchased 12/29/23 and opened last night, 1/5/24. The texture difference is insane between the two boxes. The new box is much rougher and coarser and stiffer, which makes stuffing plushies difficult as it makes them feel harder than they should be for the amount of stuffing I am putting into them. This is highly disappointing and changes the quality of my plushies. I am hoping this is just a one off and not something that will be continued in the future with this stuffing.

Curb side pick up/ customer service
The product was good but customer service was horrible, and the manager who delivered to me outside at curve pick up, she had my name wrong and couldn’t find the order on her little computer, and was all her problem because I have 2 orders and she check on both order as pick up, when I have only one order pick up so far the only one and couldn’t find …the second order because she already checked out already without the product!! She make me wait for a while the I have to go inside the store and find out what was the problem and was very rude on top of everything!! Very disappointed with the whole experience at Joann store.

Amazing love it
Absolutely amazing. I make a lot of crochet amigurumi and stuffies and usually end up going through a 16oz bag of polyfil per stuffie and this box has enough I can make +50. I also like how the fill is washable. It makes my stuffies a lot more durable and long lasting

Great price for amount I got
I was thrilled to get this box at a discount, with my Joann's coupon. I have been involved with helping make items for hospice patients 8 years now. I meet with a group of ladies at my senior center. Some of the ladies knit or crochet, others sew small pillows. We use a lot of stuffing in the pillows & this 20lb box will keep my ladies busy making lots of pillows.

Never received mine order
This company has serious issues when it comes to honesty and fulfillment. This box of polyfill is about 20x24x18 inches...it's a huge box and weighs 20 pounds. I have security cameras surrounding my property, just like I told customer service, so I have proof of no delivery. Even when I sent them the actual package that my other items came in, they still gave me the runaround and did their best to avoid giving mey money back.
After four days of back and forth conversations, I finally received a refund. And I found this same item on AMAZON for $20 less, and I got it in two days, so I'm done with this company.

I make A LOT of stuffed animals. These bulk boxes are my favorite way of purchasing poly-fil because they last for so long. The boxes do not always make it through the mail in the best shape which can make things tricky. And it's definitely best to just make a small hole in the box and a bag from which to grab the stuffing, but bulk is a game changer!

Great product for stuffing sock monkeys for kids and lovies for my dog. I will be making a new lovie for my German Shepherd and I’ll see how it goes. I have an idea about a different fabric covering to see if it lasts. I feel safe with this stuffing that is made in the USA. The price is excellent when buying in this 20lb box.
