Suited for artists of all expertise levels for use in color studies, mixed media, illustration or subtly detailed drawings. This set includes 257P Deep Cadmium Yellow, 266P Pale Vermillion, 336P Carnival Red, 224P Violet, 213P Sanguine, 293P Sepia, 208P Sap Green, 228P Hooker’s Green, 265P Ultramarine Blue, 225P Iron Blue, 211P White and 229P Black.

Laydown is smooth and easy, colors are vivid, and the sticks themselves can be used in several different ways. Great product, especially for the price.

They are very strong and sturdy and so far I have not had any break on me while using them. Once you get the technique down on how to use these, you can easily get these to blend beautifully as long as you are using the right amount of pressure. Press too hard and it makes it harder to blend. Also these can be used with water but I have not done this so I can not speak to the effect. I like to use these in combination with colored pencil and really helps speed along the process. I highly recommend these as they are very reliable.
