Cute but…
I don’t even crochet (I do knit) and wanted to try something new. I tried Jimmy the dog. Instructions were simple and fun to follow but didn’t have enough yarn to finish. Also yarn splits at every stitch. The stitch marker broke on the third round. So far made the body/head and almost down with 1 foot. Still need 1 foot, 2 arms and an ear and a half with this little bit left. I’m so Disappointed.

Cute but yarn splits
Horrible! I love amigurumi and was excited to get this kit with everything needed to make a cute creature. But the yarn splits horribly!!!! I am so frustrated I will probably give up and purchase better yard to complete this project.

Don't lose your pattern!
I bought a kit recently, and lost the pattern before I could finish it. I can't find the pattern on its own, anywhere, and I'm pretty nervous over whether or not I should wing-it. (No pun intended)

Glad it was free
I got the Ralph the Tiger kit as a free gift with my order and I’m glad it was free because the quality of some things in mine was terrible. Yes it had everything I needed however, the yarn split so bad on every single stitch I wanted to throw it in the trash. Don’t even get me started on what it was like trying to thread it onto a needle. And the texture resembled twine. I barely had enough yarn to do the body and muzzle piece and didnt have enough black for all the stripes and the muzzle as shown in the picture. I had to do the bare minimum on them. My stitch marker broke by the time I got to the first ear after finishing the body and some of the instructions were so convoluted I had to roll my eyes because I know there are simpler ways to write it out. On the bright side, I will say the stuffing provided was more than enough and was so soft I wish I knew what brand it was so I could buy some for other projects. That and the fact the hook provided was ergonomic are the reason this review is not a 1 star.

Not enough yarn
