Polo Stripes
I love the color pallet of all the striped yarns. This yarn is great for crochet or knit. It can be a little stiff before washing but always softens after! I have made many items from Red Heart yarn in all it's forms.

Very disappointed
I received the retro stripe color and was horrified to see the color difference in person verse online. Online the colors are pastel and muted, in person, an eye sore. I got 3 skiens that look exactly the same, and one skien that was a significantly different color, and texture. EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTING is to find out that online it’s listed as being 364 yards while the skiens I received were only 333yards. Overall I’m extremely disappointed

Smooth color transition
Last year, I bought a skein of Polo Stripe to complete baby blankets and make two appliques. I recently bought a skein of Neon stripe for a sports-themed quilt. The smooth color transition perfectly stood out against a solid color or printed fabric. Nicely done!

Where'd the color go?
I had been buying Stripes for a while and was making hats with lovely, vibrant colors. I purchase two skeins recently from the website and they are not good. The colors are majorly faded and the yarn was weirdly tied in the middle so the color changes repeated out of order! The problem skeins this time were from India but apparently there is just no quality control anywhere. It's so bad instead of refreshing the stock of this item in my shop, I may have to take new pictures because the colors are so off!

I don’t know what happened
I loved RHSS stripes, in neon and polo, for a long time. I was working on a sweater and needed some more polo, so I ordered it for pick up. I don’t know whether it was a manufacturing issue or a store issue, but this yarn should have never passed quality control. All three skeins were incredibly faded, missing entirely the purple and magentas. The pink also barely held color. The only part that even sort of matched was the teal and green.
I get that dye lots can make the colors look different, but not THIS drastically unless the yarn was either not dyed properly or not stored properly. Waste of money and time picking up the yarn, not to mention now I don’t have yarn for my sweater.
I did store pick up, and I don’t know if the store pulled this yarn from the bowels of the back room, but it really is not good.

Disappointed in this color due to texture
This quite possibly the worst yarn I have ever used. It feels like paper. Unfortunately I am committed with it and luckily the other yarns I am using are making up for it, to a point. I have used other super saver but this color is terrible.

Terrible yarn condition
Bought this, along with 2 other colors and am very disappointed. This particular color (purple) was course, like wiry, and has no stretch to it. It's like it was compromised by not being store properly. Trying to seam my pieces together is a joke. I have to pull it every 2-3 stitches because it won't give. The other yarns are soft, pliable and easy to work with. I'm hoping the entire blanket is not ruined because of this, as it is for a customer.
