They are quite thin. They might help if you have drafty windows, but in general I did not notice a difference for my home.

They are decently thick and hold up well to normal wear and tear. I am a fan of the original grey color and it has held up over the time we have used them. I haven't noticed any discoloration on areas that are exposed to sun vs. those that aren't.

It's pretty easy to install, it definitely high quality material.

When I draw them closed my room literally goes dark and I love it! I need total darkness when going to bed and these curtains definitely do the trick. I highly recommend these if your goal is darkness.

The grey look really pulls the room together. The fabric is nice and lightweight. It feels kind of like a lighter vinyl. I think it will wash well and look even better after washing and ironing.
