No damage to wall!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tape to hold light items to walls. Definitely didn’t damage the paint on my wall or closet doors after I removed the tape. I think because the tape is thicker than regular tape, I had problems cutting it easily using the built in cutter. I used scissors instead.

Awesome Product

Works well on walls

Handy to Hang

It was easy to dispense and it was strong enough to hang a booklet on the wall for when my grandchildren visited. when I needed to remove it, thetape didn't damage the paint on the wall or the paper booklet that was hung. Really a great item for when you need to show off that most important artwork!

Great solution to show off kids art

Great for child's art gallery

Great for different types of walls

Wall-Safe WONDER!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical when this little treasure arrived in the mail ... In exchange for my honest opinions of the product, I was sent this free sample. It has literally blown my mind. Tape that is safe to use ... on the wall? After using it repeatedly, I can confirm that it is, indeed, safe for walls. I teach kindergarten and I receive so many notes, cards, and special drawings from my students. I love to display them by my desk but hate it when I can't find a product that is kind to the wall. Not only does this amazing tape stick well to a variety of surfaces, it also comes off cleanly from the card, drawing, or note once I am finished displaying it. No rips, no tears! The best part for me is that there is also no residue ... You can't even tell that something was taped to the wall - and whatever was taped to the wall also has no sticky residue or visible 'tape marks.' I have used Scotch Wall-Safe Tape on my stainless steel refrigerator because it is so much better than using magnets which have scratched the surface in the past. If you're like me and LOVE to tape things to the walls - decorations for parties, notes, cards, reminders, and so forth, you simply must stock up on several rolls of Scotch Wall-Safe Tape! You will be forever grateful ... I know I am!

Wall-friendly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this to review and couldn't wait to test it out! We recently moved into a new house and I was reluctant to hang anything for fear of damaging the paint. I did a test of this tape first and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I only had a fairly heavy piece of art to test with, so I secured the tape behind it and attached to my wall. To my delight it kept it up perfectly; even better, when I went to remove the tape, it came off cleanly - no residue on the walls and no paint on the tape! I can't wait to try this out in other places where I need to hang a calendar or quick reminder note or for my son's artwork. Would definitely recommend!

Easy and safe to use for meetings or everyday.

Works like a charm

We are not allowed to use tape on the walls at work, but since this is wall-safe tape, I decided to try it. I used it to hang something that I reference frequently and don't have much room on my desk to spare to keep it hanging around. I like the feel of the tape, lightweight yet strong enough to hold.
From where I am sitting, I can't see the tape lines, but I can see the paper - huge plus. The tape seems to be holding up quite well. If I can continue to get away with it at work, I will continue to use it here. Thanks 3M for the sample. I love it.

This is what I was looking for!

Great for hanging kids’ artwork
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter LOVES to hang her artwork all over the walls in our home. I love her artwork, but hate when the tapes damages the paint. The wall safe tape is perfect. It does not damage my wall and she can hang everything up. It’s even gentler on her artwork and doesn’t rip it when we try to remove the tape. I just wish it was a bit more transparent so it was a little less noticeable. The tape has more of a matte finish.

I really like this matte finish wall-safe tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time in my home office so I have some nice quotes on my wall in front of me so I have inspiration and just positive things to read when I need them and I used replaces the regular tape I had that some corners stuck a bit too well and others didn't stick for long with this Scotch Wall-Safe and I must say this tape is nice. I sticks to the wall, but its not super sticky so I know it won't take the paint off when I'm ready to switch up my quotes.
I also usually do the tape roll in the back so you can't see the shiny tape on the papers I have up on the wall, but with this tape that roll didn't work that great, but it makes sense because its not super sticky so I taped the corners of my paper to the wall and you can barely see the tape because it has a matte finish. You only see the tape when you get really close and that really made me happy. matte

We love this for the posters in my childrens rooms

Enjoyed a new product that I hadn't used before

Best tape ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my roll of Scotch Post-it Wall-Safe Tape as a free sample for review purposes.
I am impressed. I tested it by hanging the tape dispenser on various surfaces. I attached a piece of tape to the cardboard, then to metal, plastic, wood, painted plaster, cardboard, glass and paper. It stuck to each surface quite well and the dispenser did not fall. Then it detached perfectly from each surface.
I also wrote on the tape with a ball-point pen. I had to press a little harder than usual, but afterward the ink did not smear.
This is the best tape I have ever tried! I will gladly buy it the next time I need tape.

Sticks good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to post the "updated" recycling information card sent to me. I taped it to the wall above the recycle bin so it is easily accessible. The tape was a bit hard to get started off the roll. It was also a bit hard to tear on the teeth. Over all once it got started I just had to hold tight to the frame to use the teeth.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where was this when my children were young? It's great for displaying children's artwork or report cards or anything else on the wall. I use it to temporarily display pretty birthday or holiday cards on the wall as well as monthly schedules, etc. It has many uses and it doesn't leave that awful tape line residue when removed.
