• FOOT BUTTER: Massage gently into the feet, until the cream is absorbed. FOOT FIZZERS: Drop foot fizzer into a bowl of warm water and soak both feet for 15-20 minutes. FOOT FILE: Ensure feet are clean and dry. Gently rub foot with the file removing hard skin. Clean the file with warm soapy water and leave to air dry.
