Silky solids chiffon fabric
This fabric is a bit sheer in white but the drape is very nice. It’s very light weight and a little tricky to cut with the slipping but my blouse turned out very nice.

Great, comfortable flowing fabric
I made an outfit for "white" party at a Caribbean resort. The top was a flare dress with bell sleeves that I ended up accenting with a trapunto (padded) embroidery resembling waves and bubbles which came out quite well using a good stabilizer with my embroidery machine. My first attempt though was to use a decorative stitch around the neckline which didn't do so well since I didn't use a stabilizer.
I made palazzo pants which looked great with the flowing bell sleeves of the dress (that I wore as a top). The fabric resists wrinkles. It has very little stretch to it but enough to make it flow nicely. It is lightweight and somewhat see-through, so I wore a cami under it. Even with the cami, long sleeves and pants, it was comfortable in the warm evening of Jamaica.
