I only use the thicker point (the fine tip doesn't seem to work), but it works well and completely vanishes within a day or two. Sometimes I find myself re-marking because it vanishes before I get to that step in my project.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great I have to admit, when I bought this I wasn't seriously expecting the ink to completly disappear on its own...but I figured I'd give the pen a try. So, I used the pen to trace patterns onto my fabric and both the fine and regular point work great. Then I marked the Inseams on my fabric and set it all aside to sew up the next day. I came back to my fabric and was surprised to see all my markings had disappeared....The disappearing ink ACTUALLY works. I've only used the pen on a few types of fabric(canvas, satin, fusible interlining) and it worked perfect. I didn't have to do any blotting with a damp cloth or anything... Great product that actually works.
