    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality control!!! The 1st time I purchased this was fine and it looks great on my quilt. But the 2nd time I bought this the ruffles were just coming apart at the seams. I've had to spend so much time to repair all of the holes by hand. And then after washing it, more holes appeared. The other colors of this trim that I bought don't have this problem. We've bought so much fabrics and stuff from Joann's that I'm so disappointed with this trim.
