However, when I placed the order the screen flipped up to show that it would be delivered to my old address. I contacted Joann immediately and told them the problem, but they said they can't change it due to security reasons. I should just call the company delivering and see if they can deliver it to my current address. That is all they can do. I can't cancel the order either. BAD SERVICE, Joann.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate it. Setting up the bobbin is near impossible. Pull thread through slot A, done. Pull thread through slot C, 1 hour later still not through, impossible. Worst machine ever.

Can handle all kinds of fabric and it is easy to change the needle on the machine to accommodate the different types of fabrics as well. The buttonhole attachment worked great and made sewing the buttonholes accurate and professional.

Has all the fancy stitches and is so easy to see your tabletop bobbin load with a clear cover to see how much thread is still on your bobbin! I really love that feature. It is a great heavy duty machine plus it’s quite too. If you are thinking of getting a new sewing machine don’t hesitate to try this one out, you wont be disappointed!
