Won't do the job
The handle is comfortable, but the seam ripper just does not work. It has no sharp edge where you need. A waste of money. Now I have to find the old, tiny one that still works much better than this one. Can't believe it's a Singer.

Too large for small stitches
I have two old seam rippers so I was hoping to replace them with a pointier, sharper one. Well, this is not it. It's actually bigger than the others and I won't even use it. The listing description was vague so I gambled and lost.

Waste of money.
I found it very difficult to use. The cutting edge doesn't seem to be in the right place. I struggled for about fifteen minutes trying to rip out a seam. Finally gave up and used the old small one I had.

Will throw it out
Bought this in a Joanns Store because I wanted larger ize than previously owned rippers and liked idea of comfort gel. That part is great------but it won't even cut a single thread! No choice but to throw out. Can't believe Singer name is on it. Would return if I still had the receipt but who would guess a Singer seam ripper wouldn't cut a thread!
