Holds a lot
Very spacious, fits a lot. The top plastic shelf is great for commonly used items like scissors and needles. It would be nice if it came with removable and/or adjustable dividers for the lower section, just to keep things a bit more organized. The pocket on the inside of the lid is also very small compared to the rest of the basket. On the whole, though, I love how huge it is. Closes securely and seems well-made. I wish the outer material was more resistant to water and could be easily wiped to clean. I feel like over time and use it may start to look dingy and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to wash it.

Sewing basket, fairly sturdy
Fits everything i need it to, and the handle seems sturdy. The button on the clasp popped off, but can be put back on easily enough with hot glue.

Out With the Old
It was to replace my 30+ year old Singer sewing basket which has served me well. This one is not quite as sturdy but the size is about the same and it's one of the better ones I've found at a price I was willing to pay.
