Perfect little sewing machine. This little sewing machine is just perfect. I've had another brand for 22 years and it was so heavy I almost couldn't carry it. This little Singer is simple to use, light to carry and just perfect for my needs.

PracticalEasy and simple to use. Great for everyday fixes. Compact and light. Even though it only has one speed, it isn't an issue. I watched the Singer and YouTube videos which were super practical. I was not able to get the free in-person sewing lesson as advertised. The designated sewing centers said that they don't, and if they did, it would be just to show you how to thread the machine. The videos showed how to use all the features perfectly, and I could review them several times.

Little workerThis small machine performs like the expensive ones. Only draw back is lack of instructions and some part attachment made no sense.

Terrible sewing machine and impossible to returnBought this a couple of weeks ago. The bobbin moves around and jams every few stitches. Took it to Joann's as per their return policy and was told I could not return it. Am having the charges reversed on my credit card.

More of a question than reviewMy sister highly recommended this machine. I ordered on line, as I await its arrival I was wondering how many bobbins and needles come with it? And to reorder these two items what ones should I buy? Thank you

Wish it came with adjustable speed pedalThis is the first sewing machine I’ve ever bought. The Instructions were a little difficult to follow but I managed to get through and now I’m comfortable loading thread and the bobbin. It’s a nice little sewing machine, I like the size I didn’t want anything too big. My biggest gripe is the cheap pedal it comes with. There’s no adjustable speed, the machines either on or off. I find it to be too fast to learn how to sew. It really wouldn’t have costed singer much more to slap a potentiometer in the pedal to have adjustable speeds. Hoping to find an adjustable speed pedal that works because I like the machine otherwise.
