Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not magnetic uniformly in the platform I was really looking forward to getting this magnetic platform to help keep those little metal dies in place when die cutting, but what I am finding out is the magnetic platform is NOT uniformly magnetic. In other words, where it will grab onto the dies is spotty and if you don't have the die in the correct place (right on one of the magnets in the platform..which you cannot see were they are placed) the die will MOVE!! It has proven to not be nearly as useful as I had hoped with those little dies. I would not personally purchase this again as it is but would love to see the manufacturer make one that is uniformly magnetic so this issue didn't happen.
