Stenciled Wooden Stool

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Wooden stool
• Large stencil
• Can of spray adhesive
• Home decor nautical blue paint
• Medium paintbrush
• Bottle of white acrylic paint
• Bottle of cream acrylic paint
• Stencil brush
• Sandpaper
• Home decor clear wax

DIRECTIONS:

1. Paint the stool using the medium paintbrush and the nautical blue paint. Let it dry.
2. Lightly distress and sand the edges to appear worn.
3. Lightly spray adhesive spray onto the back of the stencil.
4. Press the stencil onto the stool.
5. Using the acrylic paint and stencil brush make your stencils onto the stool. You can make multiple stencils onto the stool.
6. Seal the surface with the home decor clear wax to give it a nice finish.
