Quality is lacking
I am disappointed that Joann no longer carries the name brand version of this product. I gave these a try and won't be purchasing again. The board was flimsier than expected and became mildly concave so that when sitting on a flat surface the edges didn't touch it. I was worried the board would bend with a just 6 inch cake. Additionally, the grease proof coating is not very durable. By the time I had iced and decorated my cake, there the board looked pretty dingy. I've never had this problem with the previous brand, even after particularly intense buttercream abuse.
