SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Preferred cake mix
- Cupcake pans & liners
- Icing with piping bag with decorative tip
- Assorted sprinkles
- Piping Bag & Tips
- Basic Baking Supplies
DIRECTIONS:
- Make sure you let your cupcakes cool completely.
- Using a small knife, cut the middle out of each cupcake. Take care not to cut all the way through to the bottom. Keep the top of the cupcake for later.
- Fill the empty cupcake with sprinkles almost to the top.
- Use some of the middle you cut out to fill back in and close off the top of the cupcake.
- Add a dollop of icing on top using the piping bag with decorating tip.
- Lightly top decorated cupcakes with a few more sprinkles.
