Picture doesn't accurately represent color
I bought this fabric because the picture online is a beautiful blue green. The reality is that this fabric is more of a light to medium green with very little blue in it aside from the blue woven stripe running through it. (There is also a white stripe running through the fabric. It's hard to see from the picture online.) I would describe this more as a spring green, almost celery green, not teal. The fabric itself is nice, as it's a brushed cotton, almost like a flannel but smoother, and JoAnn Fabrics' brushed cotton fabrics are really great fabrics. This one though isn't as initially soft or flannel-like as most of the other brushed cotton fabrics JoAnn offers. The texture reminds me of a woven cotton tweed. Due to the color and textural differences, I returned this fabric. It's better seen in-person, and if you're expecting a lighter green.
I wish JoAnn's website pictures of fabric were a little more accurate, or better represented the actual color of the item you're getting. I've seen other reviews mention the color disparity in photos online vs what you actually get, and it hasn't been a problem for me until now. I love JoAnn Fabrics, but going forward I think I'm more likely to check out an item in-person to see if I actually like it before buying it online, which for me, defeats most of the purpose of shopping online.

Soft and warm
Linty like all flannels, very soft, good warmth/weight balance. Easy to sew, but lighten the pressure of your presser foot (especially when sewing over multiple layers of fabric). Doesn't need ironing.
