Great for projects

Works great

They work so much better then others I have tried. They glide smoothly while applying the glue. It holds and sticks paper wonderfully. They are easy to hold in your hand and are comfortable to use. Easy to apply for kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My young daughter has been doing a lot of crafts at home and projects for school. These glue sticks are perfect. While she likes using bottles of glue, it’s always so messy and gets everywhere. The glue sticks are perfect for a child her age. The glue sticks are bigger so she can hold them well in her hands. She’s also able to use them on her own (with supervision), as well as with little mess and clean up. The adhesive has worked well on paper projects, poster board, photos, and foam pieces. I liked that it dries clear so the projects never had any “oops” moments. My daughter did wipe some glue on her shirt by mistake and it came right out. I would recommend these glue sticks.

Perfect for crafting

The purple color is visible during the application process but dries fast and then turns colorless. As an added bonus it washes easily out of hands and even clothing. Sticky projects!

Great glue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to try these Elmer's glue sticks with my children at home. They are great for little hands since they are nice and large in size. The glue comes off the stick nice and evenly and the bottom is easy to twist up to dispense more of the glue stick if needed. The glue goes on purple so they can see the glue and dries nice and clear also. That is a plus for the younger kids that don't always spread on enough glue or put it in the wrong spot. The glue is strong and keeps the paper together after use.

Perfect for my kids

Wide, purple & holds secure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elmer's has been around for basically forever & it is the brand I prefer & mostly trust for school supplies & related projects. This year, once again school isn't totally "normal" but that doesn't mean that arts & crafts at home has to stop. Glue can be an important part of the process, but I personally don't care for messy, liquid, bottled glue. Glue sticks have always been easier for me to use physically throughout my life (I have cerebral palsy) & less messy but still hold just as securely! This glue stick is the extra large size. It has an easy open cap, easy to turn wheel to adjust the glue level & it goes on purple so you or the children can see exactly where the glue is placed & then it dries clear! It doesn't smell the greatest, but it works really well! The color is bright, once clear your glued items are secure & you're all set!

Great product.

I have to glue little tabs to paper and with elmers they stay on all week, unlike other brands. It is very important for the tabs to stay on the paper, that is how they know how much to pay me. I definitely would recommend this to family and friends.

Great for crafts!

It held our project together and it was a lot less messy for our toddler. It did get on his hands, but washed off very easily. And a little does go a long way. We keep this on hand. Great product!

Great product!

Easy With No mess!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and myself love doing any type of arts and crafts whether it be coloring or making different things. It’s something that we bond together while doing these activities.
The new addition of these Elmer glue sticks has added more fun and less mess! Making this mama a very happy one! I even keep one out for me to use on some simple things and they work great in either situation.
They are the perfect size for little hands to hold and use making art/crafts time fun and problem free! There’s such a large variety of things to use them for and I’m sure we’ll be exploring many ideas. Great quality without the mess definitely deserves five stars in my opinion! I highly recommend these kid and adult friendly glue sticks!

They go on purple and dry clear making it easy for beginners, add on they are larger makes things easier for those with less fine motor skills. They are soft, but not too soft so they smush. I highly recommend them.
