Great size
I make coffee cakes every year and these pans allow to make 2 cakes with 1 recipe. They are a little thin and you need to really grease and flour generously for the cakes not to stick. The size is perfect. I have given these pans with the recipe for my cakes and it makes a nice gift

WILTON ANGEL FOOD CAKE PAN
Bought this pan for a long time friend..I have had this same kind of pan for years and absolutely love it..!!! ALWAYS perfect angel food cakes...it is easy to clean and I just LOVE it.. I do not use it for any other cakes because you can not use oils on the pan.. or it will deflate your angel food cake mix... Love Love Wilton's angel food cake pan...NEVER change it..

Made for Angel Food Cake
People who complain it leaks - it's an Angel scale Pan - don't bake other cakes it unless they are leveled with egg whites. Thin box mixes will drip. You wouldn't dry a piece of fish in a broiler pan. This is a specialty pan for s specialty cake that has to climb DRY walls and get cut off pan. The bottom comes off for that purpose. Do not rate a pan poorly if you are not using it for the intention it was made for. Try drying your socks in the dishwasher and then rate that poorly Ans to the woman mad about the law where do you want the label on the inside where the food goes. Soak it off. For goodness sake

Leaks
Batter ran under the removable bottom and dripped on the oven floor. The removable bottom was was stuck with cooked batter. Had to use knife to loosed the bottom. Disappointed.

I am so MAD at Wilton rig
I am so MAD at Wilton right now, I could scream. I bought this pan and have spent 2 days of my time trying to remove the outside label. Why in the world would a cake and baking company put a label on a pan that can't be removed? This has to be one of the most stupid actions a company known for baking would do. I am disgusted and may never purchase any other Wilton product again due to this issue. They have certainly lost my respect.

I've been using this sinc
I've been using this since I learned to bake chiffon/angel food cakes. This pan is a staple in my house and my childrens' houses, too. I love foam cakes, so do my whole family. They basically grew up eating chiffon cakes, most especially mocha chiffon cakes. I would definitely recommend this pan to everybody. Other uses for these pans are for molds if you are creative such as rice with a combination of different foods/color and flavor (saffron) especially for presentation purposes.

I just received this pan
I just received this pan from my husband. I love the Wilton products and usually do not buy anything that doesn't have "Wilton" on it. I just put an angel food cake in the oven and cannot wait to get it out. It appears to be baking evenly and smooth. The crust is browning nicely. I was able to turn it upside down with ease while it was empty, but I am sure that with a cake in the pan it will also be a breeze. I am very happy with my Angel Food Cake Pan.

I love this pan for angel
I love this pan for angel food & sponge cakes. The browning is very good, and the legs are great for "hanging" the pan so the cake doesn't deflate. I bought one for each of my daughters too.

This pan is really good for angel food cake. I did however, use it to make a regular cake and had some spillage on the bottom from the removable part. Overall, I'm happy with this product.
