Great size pans
These are great if you just want to make a half angel food cake of have have 2 pans.. One cake to share and one to eat. Nice size for retirees.

Read the Description
I did not read the description and thought this was a regular sized angel food cake pan (10" ), not a 7" one. My fault. Re-calibrated the angel food cake recipe for a 10" tube pan to fit the 7". All in all, since the angel food cake will be for just two people, I think the smaller size will work better.

A great pan for chiffon cakes!
I received it as a gift. I used simple ingredients to make a chiffon cake with this baking pan, and it came out beautifully!
