Easy to use
I bought this to make a quilt to match a pillow I made in high school and lost the pattern. Also I am teaching someone else to quilt and this is easy to make.

EZ Dresden is EASY
The instructions are easy to follow. This one ruler allows for many different sizes of quilt blocks that finish quickly. The Dresden Plate can be appliqued to the background fabric by hand or machine. But sew it on before adding the center circle! This prevents the plate from stretching and getting bigger than the circle you cut. Cut the center circle at least 1/4" all around. Draw the line and put it right side together with the same fabric. Sew on the line, slit the back, turn out, press and add to your plate. This gives you a nice finished edge for your circle. Hand or machine stitch it down. I own two rulers in case I misplace one. Enjoy!
