I ordered and paid for the Green FloraFom wreath, which is a much better wreath. You mailed me a CraftFom wreath, which is not going to work for my project. You charged me for the more expensive wreath and attached a packing slip for the more expensive wreath. I hate to write a bad review for a great wreath, but this is the second online order you have totally messed up on. If you don't have people who can properly pick your merchandise, please stop allowing online orders. Writing to your customer service team receives similar results, a response saying, "We've received your message and will respond shortly." Which you never do.
