When selecting items for store pick-up, select the quantity that you would like to pick-up in store and add to your shopping bag. At checkout, choose which items to ship and which to pick-up at your home store location. Once you've checked out, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail, but don't head to the store just yet. You'll receive a second e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up. If your order is placed by 5pm, it will be ready today. If your order is placed after 5pm, it will be ready the next day. Once you've received the e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up, bring a valid photo ID and your e-mail to the store pick-up location. When you arrive at the store, head to the checkout line to pick-up your items and complete your purchase.

HOW WE SHIP

Items shipping from our warehouse ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) for standard shipping. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out within 3 business days the following week. Personalized products can not be returned. Every order is custom printed for the person who ordered it and therefore can not be resold. If you received product that was flawed or damaged, we will be happy to work with you on a case by case basis.
