Not an easy item to find in most craft stores
I have purchased this DCWV burlap pad several times, it is pricey but J.A.'s has paper pads on sale on a rotating basis. The paper is not a burlap print but actual burlap laminated to paper, so thicker to work with than a typical scrapbook weight paper, but it is pliable enough to fold and work with. I use this in the altered books and junk journals I make, but would make very interesting background in scrapbooks too of course. DCWV also makes a 12x12 pad of denim; denim laminated to paper similar to the burlap pad. I highly recommend that pad also, very different and interesting addition to scrapbooks and junk journals, and also included in the periodic craft paper sales.

A winner for paper crafters
This is real burlap fused with light weight brown paper backing & it works beautifully for paper crafting. I ran this material thru my die cutter using several different hard case large steel rule dies & was able cut 2 sheets at a time. Regular thin cut dies can handle 1 layer at a time of this material cleanly. Adds tactile & rustic charm to any creation. I’ve not used on my computer software cutting machine yet but seems like the standard blade will cut thru this with ease and the size is perfect for most standard digital maker machine mats.
