When selecting items for store pick-up, select the quantity that you would like to pick-up in store and add to your shopping bag. At checkout, choose which items to ship and which to pick-up at your home store location. Once you've checked out, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail, but don't head to the store just yet. You'll receive a second e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up. If your order is placed by 5pm, it will be ready today. If your order is placed after 5pm, it will be ready the next day. Once you've received the e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up, bring a valid photo ID and your e-mail to the store pick-up location. When you arrive at the store, head to the checkout line to pick-up your items and complete your purchase.

Items shipping from our warehouse ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) for standard shipping. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out within 3 business days the following week. If you received product that was flawed or damaged, we will be happy to work with you on a case by case basis.
