Additional Information

This 100% USA grown cotton is punched with hundreds of needles through a thin base material (polymer fibers) to prevent tearing, shifting, migrating or creeping through the cover fabric making it 87.5% cotton/12.5% polymer fibers. Needled cotton's flexibility makes it ideal for both inside and outside use. Fibers are held together without glue so a quilting needle glides easily through the batting. What an incredible difference! No need to pre-wash, machine washable after quilted, can be used as an exterior fabric, quilt up to 10in apart, easily dyes and your fabric will cling to the batting while quilting..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Value! This isn't the first time I've used Warm and White Cotton Batting. It's a staple in my quilting supply list. It's reliable and I know exactly what to expect when I use it. You won't be disappointed with it's quality. I found myself running back and forth to the local fabric store to get some whenever I needed some and then when I saw this bolt of it on sale and did the numbers of what I would be paying per yard (about 2/3 less) it was a no brainer. Shipping was free so the investment is worth it! I'll very likely get it again when this runs out. So happy with my purchase and the money saved!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to work with I'm a Long Arm quilter in California. I have tried other brands but prefer Warm and White. It's light weight but the quilt will be warm enough for a California night. I have a friend in Minnesota, I think I would tell her to use 2 layers of Warm and White.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Batting I bought this 50% off on Joann's website.. Super fast shipping-within 1 week. I love this batting. It lays flat and sticks to my fabric. When I am quilting on my longarm and I pull on the batting to straighten it up... it does not rip or tear.. I highly recommend...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good purchase For the price this cotton batting works very well for my big quilts. It is not a thick as other cotton batting I have used but it holds up well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great batting For me, this is the best way to buy batting. It's especially good when it's half off and then free shipping. I really like the batting itself for its warmth and durability. It's also easy to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Batting but misleading I love Warm and Natural and Warm and White batting and use it regularly. Joanns price, especially when on sale can't be beat. The prpduct description is misleading however. It's not a100% cotton batting. It has a scrim which makes it 87.5% cotton and 12.5% polypropylene. There is a tag inside the roll to confirm this. So although this is a wonderful batting it is not suitable for all projects especially things like potato bags or microwave bowl covers as it could catch on fire. If you are making these projects you need to use Warm and Plush which is 100% cotton with no scrim. I have attached a photo of the Warm and Natural tag from the roll I just finished. Warm and White will be the same content I just having gotten to the tag as I am not at the end of the roll yet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from warm and white I love this product and use it in almost every quilt, however, the process of purchasing thru Joann's was the worst experience I have ever had. Shipping requirments are not disclosed, it doesn't ship on time and the tracking they provide is non existent. It took 15 days for me to receive an order that was listed as 3-5 days
