Once you've received the e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up, bring a valid photo ID and your e-mail to the store pick-up location. When you arrive at the store, head to the checkout line to pick-up your items and complete your purchase.

Items shipping from our warehouse ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) for standard shipping. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out within 3 business days the following week.
