Chenille wool needs to be separated with Guage size
I recently purchased 3 rolls of 9 different colors all together ..they send it in two separate shipments..Due to them sending it separately, it cost me double .They also cut me 2 rolls short on my order .

Not chunky yarn
Very disappointed. Yarn says 7Jumbo. It’s so thin and cheap. Should have read the reviews first. Pretty much useless, unable to use it for a chunky blanket like intended.

Joann please get it together
Joann continues to state that material is in stock and completes the order. Then to later see they cancelled another order. That’s 3 orders over the entire weekend. Please have someone update your inventory properly. Online ordering was supposed to be of convenience and it’s not.

Yarn is good. Service was not.
I ordered the grey yarn in November so I would have enough time to make a Christmas gift. The yarn wasn't delivered until Dec 27th. And when I tried to cancel the order (knowing I wouldn't have time to make the gift), they said it couldn't be cancelled once it was submitted. What kind of backwards company is this that they can't cancel an order that hasn't even been shipped yet?

Soft and squishy
I just made an incredible KING sized afghan with this yarn. It's so soft and squishy and is basically a weighted blanket without any extra "stuffing". I've made many things from this particular yarn and I hope it never gets discontinued!

Do yourself a favor and don't order online
Terrible. I ordered weeks ago and this is still in processing along with several other items. Unable to even speak to anyone in customer service and no response to emails. I am not even able to cancel my order. This was half the yarn we ordered as gifts for Christmas and placed this far in advance. Sadly we will not be shopping here again.

Beginner Here
I started crocheting at the end of October and I am so smitten it's beyond beautiful and have had no issues working with it! Did watch some YouTube tutorials before working with it to get some understanding! Did take some time to get here but worth the wait for me

So cheap
I should have known when the price dropped so dramatically. Granted, I am a beginner. But this yarn stretches, frays, and strips itself. Even the tightest stitches fall right out. The color was beautiful, but I gave up on the project halfway through because my work was so stretched out and frayed.

Fluffy and soft but inconsistent color
Bought many skeins in multiple colors to make blankets for Xmas this year. Finished a blanket and the color inconsistency in the yarn is glaring leaving me to wonder if it’s worth making the others or just returning. Other skeins I have purchased also have inconsistent coloring, but they’re too hard to come by and find enough in my area so I have to buy what I can get. Disappointed in these

Hard to see stitches but worth it!
I am a beginner crocheter and used this yarn for the first time to make a chicken. I frogged 15 times because it's hard to see the stitches, you more have to feel for them. I used stitch markers and it became much easier.

Nice but not nice
So yesterday my daughter and I bought this yarn so she could knit a blanket, (and she knows how to knit very well). We picked out the color that she liked with the fuzz 1and bought it. The yarn ended up snapping on her. When she tried again she tried to switch the stitches over to the other needle and then it also snapped. We then tried to get this yarn off for 30 minutes and still no success. The problem when we were taking it off was that it kept on knotting itself. I would not recommend this product if your looking for a nice blanket.

My favorite blanket!
My mother-in-law made me a blanket using this yarn. It is my favorite. It’s so soft and cozy. Now I am making a blanket for my niece. The yarn is so soft. I love the colors in the unicorn brights yarn. The yarn looses its fluffiness and softness after you put it on the wash but I still recommended it. It take like 15 rolls to make a queen size blanket so the price adds up quickly but it is what it is

Pink Doesn’t Match!
So disappointed to find the blush pink yarn I purchased doesn’t match!! It’s very noticeable and I don’t know how I would give this as a gift like this!! After reading several reviews I now see this has become a big issue. I’ve never had this problem in the past. So frustrated!

Inconsistency
I love the Bernat yarn, its soft, easy to work with, every blanket I have made ( 20 + ) with Bernat yarn turns out great. HOWEVER finding more of the yarn I am using on each project turns into a huge PROJECT in itself, there is NO consistency with the dye or yarn texture. When ever I have ordered the yarn on line I end up returning it. the dyes are always too light or does not match the yarn I am currenlty using even though it is the same product name or the texture is all stiff ... it is REALLY frustrating.

Wrong Color
Purchased the Plummy Brights skein online and turns out that it is way more neon in person. It looks like the purple and pink neon colors that Nike sells. Will still use for my project, but for anyone looking for more sunset colors, this isn't the skein for you.

It is very soft, fluffy, and easy to crochet with. I used a 12 mm crochet hook, and the stitches are safe and sound. However, if you cut the yarn cut wrong, the fluff will come out very very very easily.

NOT 7 Gauge!!
I have ordered only 7-gauge yarn for the past year. I ordered a skein that claimed to be 7 gauge in a lilac color. It is about 1/4 of the width of 7 gauge. Trying to reach JoAnn Fabrics for a return/refund but no one is responding.

Very Soft
I used this to make a chunky knit "duvet cover" for the Fairfield Weighted Blanket Insert. For one side of the cover I did a gradient pattern with the Crimson and Black and for the other side I used Vintage White, Blush Pink, Burnt Rose, Burgundy Plum, and Gray Orchid intertwined with K&C Spark yarn which was a beautiful pewter color and gave just a bit of sparkle while still being soft and not scratchy. Unfortunately I think it's discontinued now which is a shame because the K&C line has beautiful yarns but I was lucky enough to find 2 skeins before it disappeared which was just what I needed. I didn't have any issues with too many knots in my skeins, each one was enough for me to do about a 13in wide stripe on the multi-colored side of the blanket. There is some slight variation in dye batches which is slightly noticeable on the gradient side if you look closely. Overall the blanket turned out pretty, soft, and very nice.
