Beyond canvasThe Birdseye Natural Cotton Canvas Fabric met all my requirements when searching for fabric. I was NOT sewing the fabric into pillows or curtains-usual uses for canvas. I was making "Sound of Music" costumes. The print reminded you of curtain print. The color would show on stage. The texture was soft and had movement, perfect for a garment on stage. And songbirds could not be more appropriate for the theme of the production. Everyone is beyond pleased-instructor, seamstress (me), and performers. That is 5 stars!

Two Cuts + Two Dye Lots = UnuseableI bought 15 yards for a project. It came to me in two separate cuts, which were completely different dye lots, so I could not use them. Otherwise nice medium weight fabric. Returned . . .

Revamped GliderI took the old nursery glider and revamped it for my new apartment living room. A lot of memories of rocking grand babies all grown up.
The fabric is wonderful! So easy to work with and the glider cushions are beautiful!

You Cannot Get Correct Lengths of Fabric!Lovely fabric with a nice weight. But though I ordered enough fabric to make drapes, I received my order in 2 pieces of unfortunate lengths. I cannot piece together full length drapes from 2 chunks of fabric. I called JoAnns customer service and they advised me that’s how they ship online orders. Insane...just doesn’t work for large projects at all!

Upholstering chair bottomsI bought this material to cover four small chair bottoms. The material is medium weight, and light in color. It covered over the older material with no show through. The older material has a light background but dark dots of color. It took one yard for each chair, even though they are small, because I wanted the same pattern on the bottom of each chair. There was quite a bit of material left over after my project was finished, but I am real pleased with my chairs.

Lightweight bird fabricBeautiful fabric! Pattern was larger then I expected but worked well for my project. It is definitely a lighter weight fabric. I don’t recall seeing that in the description when I purchased.

Beige-tanBought this fairly quiet beige pattern to make some roman blinds in a room with way too many patterns already.:) As the guy at the cutting counter pointed out, there is a definite direction.

Photo is misleadingUnfortunately the fabric is actually tan, not gray.
