Great for crafting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fiskars shortcut tool. It allows me to cut cardstock so I can make my own cards and not have to worry about them not coming out crooked or uneven. This allows me to make precise cuts and have everything that I cut line up so that the papers inside of the card stock is the exact same size. If you do crafting this is a must-have. It's small so it doesn't take up a lot of space and can easily be put in a drawer when you're not using it. It's made of good quality materials and it works like a dream.

Precise and useful!

My only issue is with the extra blade—I haven’t figured out if there is a designated spot for it on the product itself or if I am doomed to lose it. Otherwise, I am happy with the new addition to my craft closet.

It also is small and compact It stores easily when your not using it. It cuts several papers together so it's helpful when working on time consuming projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying to cut straight lines with a Scissors has always been an issue for me. Even if I draw a straight line somehow it does not come out straight.
With this paper trimmer it makes it so easy to cut straight. It works on paper, cardstock, and to my surprise it even worked on Vinyl

Great cutter

Valentines Day crafts were a breeze this year. One of the awesome features is the clamp for holding the paper to keep it from moving. Straight cuts every time

Very practical

Good paper cutter

At first glance the cutter is made almost entirely out of plastic which makes it look kind of cheap. But I did use it and it got the job done. It said you can cut up to 10 sheets at once but I only had to cut a few. Overall I would recommend.

Love the lightweight portability!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lightweight and portability of the paper trimmer! So easy to handle, setup and use. The anti-wear grid lines make it so easy to measure. The paper clamp keeps the paper stable as you cut using the triple track system which locks the blade to the rail for precise trimming. I love how the swing out arm extends to measure out to 12 inches and the rubberized feet on the corners to keep everything stable. I love the "SureCut" wire cut line shows exactly where the titanium coated blade will cut. It even comes with an extra blade carriage.

Clean cuts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fiskars SureCut Paper Trimmer is great for small jobs. It's thin and lightweight, so it can easily be kept in a cabinet or in a bag for on the go. The SureCut wire indicates exactly where the cut will be so no second guessing. The blade slides smoothly and does not require much effort to move. I print a lot of vinyl decals, so being able to cut them with a paper trimmer is a great time saver and helps to make sure my lines are straight. The packaging says it can cut up to 10 sheets of paper at a time, however I was only able to cut 6 regular sheets of paper or 4 sheets of vinyl. Anything more than that became very difficult to slide the blade across or would not cut through all the way.

So convenient and easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Fiskars SureCut12" Paper Trimmer and I can't say enough great things about it. New to scrapbooking, I was using an old wooden paper cutter to trim my paper and photos... what a difference the Fiskars cutter makes. Not only is it lightweight but the rubber feet help stabalize it on my craft table. I love the notiated cutting increments, they are so accurate and easy to read and the visible wire cut line allows you to see exactly where your cut will be ... what an convenience! So far I have cut four sheets of craft paper at the same time and the paper clamp gave me the assurance that the paper would hold steady in place and I would get an accurate straight cut - it performed exactly as promised.... the blade did not waver as I made my cuts. I did go back and forth to assure the cut was crisp because I was using multiple sheets of heavier craft paper- I did not do that when I was cutting a single sheet! Lastly, the slimline design makes storage easy and the bright orange color is easy to identify. I didn't even know I was getting a spare blade until I saw it in the package... thank you Fiskars as I am sure without it, I would be in the middle of a project and realize I needed a new blade. You guaranteed I can continue to work without interuption. You can't go wrong with the Fiskars SureCut Paper Trimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fiskars has beat my old time large paper trimmer hands down. The Fiskars SureCut Paper Trimmer (12 in.) is compact thanks to the fold out ruler/paper holder and light weight. The guide over your cut is great, it has a line so you can see exactly where the blade will cut, and it cuts sharp, clean edges. It comes with an extra blade. Old one will never come out again unless my project is over 12 inches, which doesn't happen much any more.

You just slide the paper in and move the orange tap and bam it cut your paper in one fast motion. Great when you want a straight cut and your in a hurry, my kids love it for projects, they always ask to use it.

Fiskars Sure Cut Trimmen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fiskars sure cut trimmer is light weight, made of super strong titanium it is three times harder then steal, it has wire cut lines for accurate measuring and cuts. You can cut 10 sheets of paper and the paper clip holds the paper without smudging. High profile with a grip handle, there is a very pretty design on the base of the trimmer!

Uneven grid, but works very well.
Been using this paper trimmer for a few weeks now. I wanted to try this folding style to save space, but I won't be buying this kind of trimmer again :( the actual cutting mechanism works great, and the wire is very handy for showing where the blade will go. The actual grid for cutting the paper to size is wildly inaccurate, however. When lining my paper up against either the top guard, or against ANY printed lines, the paper is never cut at a 90 degree angle. It's off by at least 2 millimeters which may be insignificant to some, but if you're hoping for a clean, accurate cut, it throws everything off (at least for me). If you don't really care about 90 degree corners, then this is a great slim paper trimmer at an affordable price! If you're looking for high accuracy, definitely go with a bypass trimmer in the maximum size youll be using.

Should have gotten this one a long time ago !!
I bought this to replace my old Fiskars trimmer that I had had for over 25 years. I love that it doesn’t slip around, the little wire shows exactly where it is going to cut, and the printed measurements are so helpful.

Fiskars 12"paper trimmer
I bought this because my old one broke and was pleasantly surprised that it is much better made than the last one I had. The blade does not fall out of this one and it easily trims straight. The arm was a little tight at first, but after a few tries, it now pulls out easily to measure longer pieces than the 3" on the board.
