Signature series white linen 50 yards
I ordered 50 yards of this fabric a week ago and the fabric never arrived.
There is nobody to talk to,nobody answered my messages ,very poorly organized.

Beautiful fabric, but it has some issues
The fabric is beautiful and coarse, which is what I was looking for to make French country drapery. This was a huge project, and I am not quite finished yet. I am using 3 widths per panel for a full look, with pinch pleats at the top. I also embroidered the sides and I am going to attach some glass peals to the pleats.
The fabric washes well - I pre-washed everything (all 4 bolts of it). I wanted to wash as much as I could of the chemicals used in fabric making, after all it will be next to my bed. You do need to ado about 10% for shrinkage if you are going to wash it.
I added blackout fabric as lining for privacy. At 3 widths this becomes a very heavy panel. I love it like that. It’s really substantial.
The issues… it’s obvious that this fabric was woven in a place that it had contact with other colors. Every now and then you see a strand of a different color woven into the fabric. I was able to fish each one of the out, but it is time consuming. There was one area of the fabric that had a defect - the machine that makes the fabric skipped a stitch and there was a loop of thread just hanging out. I was able to tie it and secure it. The color is not white for the fabric that I received. It is definitely ivory - it was ivory in the store too. I ordered this online because they didn’t have the amount I needed in the store. I do like the ivory better than if it was all white though. Also, buy all you need in one go - I think the color may be different if you get it separately.

Nice Fabric - Undertone colors vary
Great weight for drapes, nice slubb texture, but you need to purchase all you need for your project, since the dye lot rolls do change slightly. Example: I have 10 yards in a nice light ivory shade, but now I need a few more yards for my drape panels. Bought a sample at the store, and viewed at home in natural sun lighting and see that it's a lesser shade of ivory, and appears to have very slight tan/peach undertone. Now I'll be scouting all my surrounding stores and hope to get a better match.
(title and photo says white, but I've never seen it in white in the past 8 years).

Black out curtains
Great product. I used it in 3 rooms and it made a significant difference on the light and heat.
